The Owners have over 45 years of combined experience in Resale, Conversions, New Developments and Commercial Condominiums. Reading Condominium Documents can be an overwhelming task, shifting through hundreds of pages of documents in trying to understand what they all mean.
Our Review is in an easy to understand, short, but very informative summary of all the documents. The Review cuts through all the jargon by highlighting the potential issues that can be resolved before the purchase.

Carol Malko

Carol became a licenced Realtor in 1985, she also sold New Built Condo's and loved it, realizing that there was much more that needed to be known about when buying into a condo corporation for "both new and resale" condominiums. The document reports that were presently being done were only touching the surface and a more comprehensive report was needed, so David and Carol created Condo First Review Ltd. in 2011.
In keeping with the entrepreneur spirit, Carol pioneered a successful New Home Buyers Guide (Home Select) it was distributed to 60,000 home holds and was a vehicle for developers to showcase their new home show homes with a city map and editorial on each builder and their locations.
Carol was also involved in the selling and leasing many condominiums conversions with her husband David, purchasing rental buildings to convert into condominiums for resell and leasing for investors.
David Malko

David has been in real estate since 1982 in Residential and Commercial real estate including being a Broker/Owner of a franchise real estate office and partner of a development company involved in converting several high-rise apartment buildings and townhouse projects to Condominiums. David has been instrumental in setting up the condominium corporations and has extensive knowledge of how they are run.
David's knowledge has been an asset in training and assisting our consultants/analysts in completing our reports for CondoFirstReview.
David is also available to assist clients with ongoing support as his experience and easy nature is a great asset for clients for any further questions or assistance.
